PAID standard shipping to the Rest of the World
We ship from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post and/or Sendle. All deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

New Zealand - Within 10 business days
Rest of World - Within 10 business days
Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your package in the time frames listed below. If your details are incorrect we cannot be responsible for loss of any packages local or international.
PLACING AN ORDER
We accept payments via VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & PAYPAL. Your payment will be processed via Stripe or Paypal, our preferred secure online payment gateways. Once your order is approved you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
Be advised that if you make a purchase with MILES FROM via our website at any value over $1000, we will contact you prior to dispatch to verify your credit card details and obtain a photocopy and/or scan of a photo ID displaying your full name, as well as a scan of the credit card in use. This is to protect MILES FROM and our customers against credit card fraud. For more information on privacy and legal terms please see our Privacy Statement.
If you live in Australia and would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days for an exchange or refund. After 14 days of receipt we will not accept returned goods. To return, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the reason you wish to return the garment.
Items must be returned to us for a refund or exchange according to the following conditions:
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks.
- It arrives at our office within 7 days of you receiving it in hand
- If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/colour/size as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for posting goods back to MILES FROM but MILES FROM will refund the return cost of postage, so please send a copy of the postage receipt enclosed with your package. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (e.g. Australia Post Express satchels). This ensures safe receipt of goods. MILES FROM is not responsible for any lost returned parcels.
We process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving them, however please keep in mind they can take up to 10 business days to come through onto your account.
All return items must be mail enclosed with the original receipt and pre-paid self-addressed post satchel to:

We will provide a repair, exchange, replacement or refund for faulty goods. Goods are classified as faulty at the discretion of MILES FROM, provided:
- They are damaged when the customer receives them.
- Show a manufacturing fault within 3 months.
- No alterations have been made by the customer.
To return faulty goods please follow the mail instructions as listed above
Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
